Tracking Number
Only package dispatched via POS Malaysia Registered Air Mail, GD express or UPS will be provided with tracking number.
Shipping Time
Most of our items are available for fast shipping within two-three business days. Generally, delivery time is 7-21* business days to most countries.

Tax and Duty
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please be advised that the Customs Department of your country could impose duty or sales tax on your ordered item when it enters your country.

Return and Refund Policy
Defective goods must be returned within 6 MONTHS from the delivery date. Only MANUFACTURING defective product will be offered exchange (ship via Registered Airmail only) or store credit. Damage caused by any misuse of product is not covered under warranty.It is important to declare your package as a "Product for Return" on the Customs Declaration Form, and also $1 as the commercial value. We reserve the right to refuse any returns for our reasons. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost in any situation. We will not be liable to customer for any damages beyond the amount of money that customer has actually paid us.
Disclaimer
We are not responsible for wrong addresses. We will ship to the address you entered during checkout process, rather than your PayPal shipping address. Optional shipping insurance (registered packet) is offered. Otherwise, we are NOT responsible for any lost or damage packages. Please note that this will be done at the discretion of POS Malaysia and under normal circumstances, the process could take up to 3 months.
